AMBER is the owner and creative director at Elite Salon. Starting her journey in 1999 as a graduate of Faust Institute of cosmetology, she has a vast knowledge of the industry behind the chair as well as business coaching. Specializing in blonding, color correction and lived in color.

Get to know her better

Over the past 2 decades I have worked non stop to grow in the industry as well as a human. Any move I have made has led me to where we are today. My passion started around the age of 9 and hasn't stopped since. Opening Elite Salon was such a dream. It is a lot of work but I tend to thrive in difficult situations as opposed to hitting the easy button so to speak.

The Elite Salon business model was designed to provide those in our location with the ability to create their own success, their own way. Elite is a luxury booth rental salon, where the stylists and colorists run their own business in a supportive environment. Watching this model work and witnessing those around me become successful both professionally and personally has defined success for me.

I realized that this area was lacking in upscale booth rental salons years ago when I began writing my business plan. I saw lots of talent, and potential, in an underserved booth-rental market. Salons that offered booth rental were limited, poorly managed, and lacked in cohesiveness. Wanting to offer something different, I set out to create Elite as having all the offerings of a commission salon, but that housed independent talent.

When not in the salon you will find me working on my business model, renovating properties, golfing, boating, traveling and spending time with my children and granddaughter.
